Terms of Service
The rules for using Midos ERP platform.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Welcome to Midos ("we", "us", "our"). We operate the Midos ERP web application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts and invitations
Access to Midos is invite-based. An administrator of your organisation sends an invitation containing a token; you use that token to set up your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and session secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at onboarding@midoes-erp.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Egyptian law; (b) upload malware, viruses, or harmful code; (c) attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to access; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; or (f) scrape, crawl, or mine data from the Service. Business data you enter (clients, orders, maintenance visits, etc.) remains your responsibility under your agreements with your customers.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the business data, client records, files, and other content you upload or create in the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, transmit, and process your User Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it complies with applicable law, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (sign-in, Calendar, Tasks, Maps Platform), Supabase (hosting and authentication), and others. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
6. Fees and billing
Some features of the Service may be offered on a paid basis. If you subscribe to paid features, the applicable fees, billing cycle, and taxes will be communicated before you are charged. Unless required by law, paid subscriptions are non-refundable except where a legal right to a refund exists under Egyptian consumer-protection law.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where the Service is offered with offline capabilities, data captured offline is synced when connectivity returns; you are responsible for reviewing sync results.
8. Intellectual property
The Service's software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Midos and its licensors and are protected by Egyptian and international intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or trade names except as needed to refer to the Service accurately.
9. Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY EGYPTIAN LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MIDO'S BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will take effect 30 days after they are posted. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
